True to its name this print on canvas is one of Sandra’s latest creations, which shows off Singapore’s fabulous modern and iconic architecture.. Sandra especially adores the blue hour just after sunset and has spent many hours at various ocations photographing Singapore in the evening. In this piece she also added one of her favourite Peranakan tiles as a way to soften and define the many images in the base collage. She also has added the stunning Peranakan tile to the edges of the canvas which adds an elegant and heritage vibe to this blue beauty.

Sandra has taken a new approach in her “Magical Singapore “ series, where she is adding images of small details, such as Peranakan tiles as an additional layer on top of an already very busy base collage of her favourite street photography. During the creation of this series she felt herself grow as an artist as she stepped outside her comfort zone.

It can be admired from a distance and up close.
