pick up INFORMATION
We are currently only offering PICK UP FROM OUR PRINTERS
Canvas and Fine Art Paper prints will need to be picked up from Framing Angie in Holland Village.
Metal and Photographic Paper prints will need to be picked up from AVS Printing , Ubi Road , East Coast
You are at liberty to arrange a courier to pick up the print from the printers at your own cost.
Sandra will provide all information via email when the print is ready for pick up
Lead time for most orders is 10 - 21 days.

Shipping is currently not available. Self collection is required
International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available.

TERMS & POLICIES
Quality Control
Items will be wrapped for protection ( bubble wrap). Gift wrapping or gift boxes are not available.
All items are checked thoroughly before pick up. We recommend that you check the item at time of pick up and voice any concerns to the printers who will then contact us.
If you choose to engage a courier to pick up the item we can not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.
POLICY
Please contact us at Info@macheroux.photography within 24 hours of pick up should you have any concerns about the quality of the item you have received.
A replacement may be offered. We do not offer any refunds.
